Amidst these unprecedented times we must act in the best interest of our guests, our team, and our communities. In response to the latest COVID-19 recommendations, all three locations are open for business and appointments to serve you with the following measures in place to prioritize your health and safety.

Maintaining Social Distancing
We are allowing a limited number of guests in our showrooms to comply with the CDC guidelines. We ask for your patience if you are asked to wait in your car until we can safely assist you.

Stop the Spread
Our staff will complete a daily health assessment to ensure they do not have any symptoms of COVID-19 before beginning work.  Masks will be worn on the showroom floor and continuous hand washing and sanitizing will be enforced between all guest interactions.

Keeping Healthy
Prior to entering the building, we are asking all guests to confirm that they do not have any symptoms associated with COVID-19.

Clean Environment
All areas and surfaces will be deep cleaned and disinfected each morning and throughout the day using CDC recommended cleaning products.  Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be strategically placed around the store accessible to employees and clients.

Clean Products
All jewelry and timepieces will be professionally cleaned before and after each presentation.

All 3 store locations are accepting jewelry & timepiece repair requests starting immediately. Our professionally in-house jewelers are working full-time to complete your repair timely.

Selling Your Jewelry/Timepieces:
We are continuing to buy gold, diamonds, jewelry, and timepieces at all of our store locations.
