We are a full-service fine jewelry store offering excellent customer service and attention to detail. Providing the best possible service both during and after a purchase has always been our goal. We pride ourselves not only on our extensive selection, but on the workmanship and value of the jewelry in our store. We stand behind what we sell and make every effort to keep our clients happy. Periodic “jewelry check-ups” are done at no charge, including cleaning and tightening any loose stones. Here at Lucido Fine Jewelry, an authorized Rolex repair center, no task is too large or too small with regards to watch repairs, from partial repair, which includes replacement of battery, gasket change, water resistance tests, and all other minor repairs, to complete overhaul on all brands of fine timepieces. We also renew and re-polish the case and bracelet of your timepiece to maintain its value and aesthetic quality. Returns are accepted on jewelry purchases made within 10 days. A refund or store credit will be issued provided the jewelry is in original condition. Custom sized or designed jewelry and special orders are non-refundable.
